The Friday enquiry
An enquiry arrives at 4:40 on Friday while you are standing in a customer’s kitchen. You see it, plan to reply later and get pulled into something else. By Tuesday, the customer has already booked somebody who answered first.
You don’t need more marketing. You need a simple, reliable way to catch messages the minute they arrive, chase quotes on time, and stop work slipping through the cracks—built directly inside the email, calendar, and spreadsheets you already use.

You may already be paying for Google Ads, directories, referrals or somebody to generate leads. Getting the enquiry is only half the job.
If nobody responds at the right time, follows up the quote or knows who owns the next action, that paid-for opportunity quietly disappears. Usually, nobody makes a deliberate mistake. The business is simply busy.
An enquiry arrives at 4:40 on Friday while you are standing in a customer’s kitchen. You see it, plan to reply later and get pulled into something else. By Tuesday, the customer has already booked somebody who answered first.
You send a quote and hear nothing. Three weeks later, nobody has followed it up. You do not know whether the customer rejected the price, forgot to reply or chose the business that chased.
Another customer asks the same question your last four customers asked. Somebody stops, searches for the old answer and writes it again. Ten minutes disappear each time.
The customer’s details are split between an inbox, a mobile phone, somebody’s memory and a note in the van. When they call back, nobody can immediately see what was promised.
You are busy enough to need help, but the process is too messy to hand over. Hiring into that confusion gives another person more places to lose information.
Most of this does not require artificial intelligence. It requires a few simple actions to happen reliably when everybody is busy: capture the enquiry, acknowledge it, assign the next action and bring it back before it is forgotten. That is what I build.

Imagine a six-person plumbing firm handling around forty jobs a month. Enquiries arrive through its website, email and missed calls. The owner does not need another complicated platform. The business needs one dependable route that keeps every opportunity visible.
A website form, missed call or email arrives. The essential details appear on one simple list: customer, job type, postcode, source, status and next action.
The customer receives a short, pre-approved reply confirming that the message arrived and when somebody will respond. It sounds like your business. It does not pretend a chatbot is a plumber or promise an appointment nobody has confirmed.
If nobody has spoken to the customer, the enquiry returns to the top of the team’s list. The reminder goes to the person responsible. A human decides what happens next.
A quote has gone out and nothing came back. Instead of disappearing into the sent folder, it returns as one clear action: chase the Henderson quote. You decide whether to call, email or close it.
You still control the pricing, calls, promises and judgement. The system simply keeps the right work visible. It normally sits inside the Gmail, Outlook, calendar and spreadsheet accounts your business already owns.

your_numbers.first()
A system is worth buying only if the problem it fixes is commercially meaningful. If six enquiries go cold each month and an average job is worth £480, that is £2,880 of potential monthly work receiving no proper decision or follow-up.
Recovering one £480 job a month would represent £1,440 in additional revenue over a quarter. That is revenue, not profit, and your figures may be completely different. We do the sum before you spend anything.
If the numbers do not support a build, I will say so. I would rather build one small workflow your team still uses next year than a clever fifteen-step system everybody abandons after a fortnight.

There is plenty of noise around automation and AI. These are the boundaries that keep the work practical.
This service helps good people keep track of enquiries and follow-ups. If the real problem is capacity, management or another qualified pair of hands, I will say so before you pay for a system.
We begin with the email, calendar, spreadsheets and job tools you already use. If a paid tool is genuinely necessary, I explain why and confirm the cost first. You buy it directly and I receive no commission.
The workflow is built inside accounts your business owns. You receive clear documentation, a recorded handover and practical training, so your business stays in control without depending on me.
Your system can send replies your business has reviewed and approved. It will not invent prices, diagnose jobs or promise appointments. Human judgement is part of the design.

I am Ina Gutowska. When you book a call, you speak directly with me. When your system is built, I build it. And if something needs adjusting, you email me rather than an unmonitored helpdesk.
I don’t use account managers, I don’t outsource to juniors, and I deliberately keep my active client list limited to three businesses at a time. That means your setup gets undivided attention, clean testing against your real customer enquiries, and a handover that actually makes sense to your team.
You will not see stock photography or invented testimonials on this site. You get a transparent build, documentation you own completely, and a system that keeps running quietly on the days when everyone is flat out.
If you want to test my thinking before committing to a build, start with the £297 Plan. If it doesn’t pinpoint exactly where you’re losing time and work, you get a full refund within seven days—no awkward questions asked.

Three clear steps. You can stop after the call or the Plan without being pressured into a build.
You show me how enquiries reach the business and where they tend to stall. I ask direct questions about response times, missed calls, quotes, responsibilities and busy periods.
You leave with an honest view of whether the problem is worth fixing and the likely level of investment if it is.
We spend up to ninety minutes examining the most commercially important part of the process.
You receive a written plan showing where work is lost, what to fix first, how the new process should work, what stays under human control and the exact implementation price. It is yours to keep.
I build the agreed workflow inside your company’s accounts, test it against realistic situations and refine the messages with you.
Your team receives a working system, tested reminders, written instructions, a recorded handover and thirty days of post-launch correction cover.
Most single-workflow implementations are planned for two to three weeks after the required access and approvals are provided. Your involvement stays focused: explain the current process, approve the important decisions and test whether the finished workflow reflects how your business actually operates.

Start with a free call. Approve the £297 Plan only if the problem is worth investigating, then approve a build only after you know exactly what will be delivered and what it will cost.
A direct look at how enquiries arrive, where follow-up breaks and whether the problem is commercially worth fixing. No slide deck, obligation or drawn-out sales sequence.
Book the free call ↗A focused review and written plan covering the operational leaks, recommended workflow, human approval points, requirements and exact implementation price. The full £297 is credited if you proceed with the build.
Start with the Plan ↗£997 standard build, or £750 cohort rate in exchange for structured feedback and an anonymised workflow study. The £297 Plan is credited entirely towards this total.
Ask about a cohort space ↗Your £297 Plan fee is credited in full. Proceed with implementation and the Plan cost comes off your agreed build price.
The standard complete build is £997. The £750 cohort rate is available for three clients who provide structured feedback and permit an anonymised workflow study.
The Plan delivers standalone value. Your roadmap is yours whether you implement it internally, use another provider or ask OS Amplified to build it.
If a paid tool turns out to be genuinely necessary, you buy it directly and I will have priced it before we start.

Enquiry follow-up is the core OS Amplified service. Website work and ongoing support are separate options, recommended only when they solve the real bottleneck.
Focused small-business websites with clear positioning, mobile-friendly pages and practical enquiry capture. Recommended only when the website itself is the primary problem.
Explore websites ↗Optional monthly help for agreed fixes and modest workflow changes after launch. Available when needed, not bundled into the build.
Compare support plans ↗two_promises()
You should not have to take an unknown provider’s confidence on trust. These promises let you judge the work itself.
Read the completed £297 Workflow Plan. If it does not give you a clear, useful and commercially grounded answer about what to fix, tell me within seven days and I will refund it. You do not need to argue your case, and the document remains yours.
For thirty days after handover, if an agreed part of the workflow is not operating as documented, I will correct it without charging you again. This covers the agreed system, not new functionality, later process changes or third-party outages.

OS Amplified is building its first formal case studies under this name, which is why founding clients receive the lower £750 total price and direct founder involvement throughout. Start with the free Process Call, then use the standalone £297 Workflow Plan to judge the diagnosis before approving implementation. The Plan also carries a seven-day money-back promise.
If you have a genuinely defined requirement, I can assess it and quote directly. Most businesses benefit from the Plan because the visible frustration is not always the real bottleneck. If the requirement is already clear enough, I will not force you through unnecessary discovery.
The £750 founding rate is offered in exchange for an agreed case study, but that does not necessarily mean naming your business. We can agree an anonymised version. If no form of case study is possible, the standard complete-system price is £997. Nothing is published without your approval.
ChatGPT can help somebody write a reply. It does not, by itself, ensure Monday’s enquiry is still visible on Thursday, assign the next action or return an unanswered quote to the right person. The value is not clever wording. It is a dependable process.
Usually not. I begin with the email, calendar, spreadsheets and customer or job tools you already use. If something additional is genuinely needed, I explain the reason and cost first. Your business owns the account and I take no commission.
The system is built inside accounts your company owns and controls. You receive written documentation and a recorded handover showing how it works, so a competent person can maintain it without depending on me.
I request only the access needed for the agreed workflow and keep the system inside company-controlled accounts wherever practical. Access and data responsibilities are agreed before implementation. Regulated businesses should mention this on the Process Call because it may change what can safely be built.
